Refund and Returns Policy


At Rock Car Rental, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns (booking cancellations or early terminations) are processed.

1. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a partial charge or be non-refundable, depending on provider terms and demand.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Early Terminations
If you cancel a booking before the scheduled end date, partial refunds may be issued based on usage and provider terms.
Long-term bookings may have fixed pricing — early terminations may not qualify for prorated refunds.

3. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be returned to the provider in the same condition as received — clean, undamaged, and with agreed fuel level.
Excessive wear, damage, or missing accessories may result in deductions from your refund or additional charges.

4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late returns without prior extension
  • Violations of provider terms (e.g., unauthorized drivers, off-limit usage)
  • Fuel or mileage overages
  • Optional add-ons (e.g., insurance, GPS) once activated

5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation:
Email us at contact@rockcarrental.com with your booking ID and reason.
Refund eligibility will be confirmed within 48 hours.
