This Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Rock Car Rental (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you”) for the coordination of vehicle bookings. By submitting a booking request or accepting our terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
You agree to operate the booked vehicle responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
The vehicle may only be driven by individuals listed in the booking details.
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the booking period, as per provider terms.
2. Eligibility & Documentation
Minimum age: 21 years
Valid U.S. driver’s license required; international licenses accepted with passport
Proof of identity and payment method must be provided before confirmation
3. Booking Duration & Extensions
Booking period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to provider availability.
Late returns may incur additional charges or penalties.
4. Fees & Charges
Booking fees include service charges, taxes, and any selected add-ons.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excess mileage
- Fuel discrepancies
- Damage or cleaning
- Late returns
5. Insurance & Liability
Basic coverage is included; optional upgrades may be available via providers.
You are liable for deductibles unless waived by premium coverage.
Third-party insurance must be verified before pickup.
6. Vehicle Condition
A pre-booking inspection may be conducted and documented by the provider.
You must return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear.
Any new damage may result in repair charges.
7. Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for:
- Racing, towing, or off-roading
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Commercial use unless authorized
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and legal action.
8. Termination & Recovery
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for policy violations or safety concerns.
Unreturned vehicles may be reported and recovered by the provider at your expense.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where the booking originated.
We aim to resolve issues through customer support before legal escalation.
