1. Driver Eligibility
Minimum age: 21 years
Valid U.S. driver’s license required (international licenses accepted with passport)
Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same criteria
2. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned to the provider with the same fuel level as at pickup
Prepaid fuel options may be available during booking
Refueling charges apply if returned below agreed level
3. Mileage Limits
Daily mileage cap applies per provider terms
Excess mileage is charged at extra
Unlimited mileage available on select booking plans
4. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are inspected by providers before and after booking
Customers are responsible for any new damage not documented at pickup
Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or smoking
5. Late Returns
Grace period: 30 minutes
Late fees apply beyond grace period unless extension is pre-approved
Unreturned vehicles after 24 hours may be reported and charged accordingly
6. Road Usage & Restrictions
Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, or commercial transport unless authorized
Travel outside designated states or regions must be disclosed in advance
7. Insurance & Coverage
Basic coverage included; optional upgrades may be available
Customers are liable for deductibles unless waived by premium plans
Third-party insurance must be verified before pickup
